4. No Cure, No Pay Guarantee

ReviewShield operates under a “No Cure, No Pay” model. You only pay for reviews successfully removed by Google. If Google rejects a removal request, there is no charge for that review.

This guarantee covers the initial removal attempt. Resubmissions after rejection may be subject to additional costs depending on your service tier.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall ReviewShield or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ReviewShield's website.

ReviewShield does not guarantee specific results or timelines. Google's review processes are independent of ReviewShield's actions.
